Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Team Leadership
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives and operational requirements.
- Establish sourcing targets performance indicators and action plans to enhance procurement effectiveness.
- Manage sourcing budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and business value improvement.
- Lead mentor and develop the sourcing team to achieve operational excellence.
2. Supplier Relationship Management
- Identify assess qualify and develop suppliers for various components including mechanical electrical electronic plastic metal parts and finished products.
- Build sustainable supplier partnerships and act as the key contact for supplier negotiations and performance management.
- Lead discussions regarding pricing delivery schedules capacity planning tooling requirements minimum order quantities and commercial agreements.
- Ensure suppliers comply with company standards quality expectations ethical requirements and regulations.
3. Cost Optimization & Supply Chain Risk Control
- Evaluate purchasing costs supplier performance and market conditions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through supplier development negotiation and value engineering activities.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop preventive and contingency solutions.
4. Supplier Development & Business Expansion
- Expand and diversify the supplier base to support future growth and new product introduction.
- Work closely with Engineering Quality Manufacturing Finance and Logistics teams to ensure sourcing activities meet business needs.
- Support supplier qualification production readiness and continuous improvement programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Engineering Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in global sourcing and supplier management is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) with strong communication skills and basic English is required
BENEFITS:
- Salary range: USD 2000-2500
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM 4:30 PM)
- 13th salary month bonus (April 30 September year-end bonus) salary increase twice a year based on evaluation (average increase 5%).
- Probation period: 2 months 85% basic salary 100% allowance.
- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
- Insurance paid on full salary.
