Software Test Lead QA Lead

• End-to-End Testing Ownership: Perform and oversee all testing activities independently: test estimation test planning test strategy test case design test execution and defect tracking.
• Process Engineering: Define tailor and implement software testing processes that can be seamlessly applied jointly across our internal team.
• QA Delivery & Optimization: Show creativity and initiative to expand test coverage improve effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for QA deliverables.
• Metrics & Reporting: Set up testing toolsets establish QA metrics collect data and deliver comprehensive testing status reports to stakeholders
• Automation Maintenance: Understand maintain and utilize existing automation frameworks to automate new test cases (focused on UI and API testing using JavaScript). 
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead mentor and train other QA team members to elevate their testing capabilities.

Qualifications :

General requirements:

• At least an upper-intermediate level of English
• Likely having 7 years of experience in the software development especially the software testing processes
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with managing testing team & working with US clients
• Experience with defining/tailoring software testing process which can jointly be applied for the testing team & clients teams
• Good human relation skills ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams

Technical requirements

• Strong domain knowledge on web/ mobile/ desktop app testing expertise
• Strong experiences on Manual testing (requirement analysis test strategy test approach test plan test techniques included black box risk-based exploratory Non-UI testing etc.)
• Experience on Automation testing UI/API testing (JavaScript)
• Excellent knowledge of software testing methodology solid knowledge and experience applying Context Driven Testing is a big plus
• Hands-on experience on setting up testing toolset and metrics

Nice to have:

• Proficient daily use of AI coding tools (Copilot Cursor Claude Code) across the full SDLC
• Able to decompose complex tasks provide effective context and apply chain-of-thought and multi-step prompting workflows
• Experience with agentic workflows and AI-driven development frameworks
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools with other systems via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent
• Awareness of emerging AI tools and willingness to evaluate and adopt new capabilities
