Lead in-line inspections throughout all production stages from incoming materials to finished goods and packaging.
Conduct Final Random Inspections (FRI) based on AQL standards and prepare detailed inspection reports.
Monitor factory quality systems and ensure compliance with approved samples specifications and quality procedures.
Identify quality risks analyze root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions with factory teams.
Review production processes and provide recommendations to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Verify testing records production documentation and quality control checkpoints.
Collaborate with factory management QA/QC teams and production teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Train and coach factory QA/QC personnel on product requirements quality expectations and inspection standards.
Support supplier performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
8 years of quality assurance or quality control experience within toys plush toys garments textiles footwear or consumer goods manufacturing.
Proven experience working directly with international brands sourcing offices buying offices or global manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of production processes quality systems inspection methodologies and AQL standards.
Excellent problem-solving root cause analysis and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively influence factory stakeholders.
Experience conducting supplier audits factory assessments and quality improvement projects is highly preferred.
Degree in Textile Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing or related fields is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Willingness to work full-time onsite at the factory in Nam Dinh.

Required Skills:
15 years in senior manufacturing management with strong QA/QC expertise in luxury toys premium garments footwear or related industries. Proven experience in supplier/factory management production planning and multi-site operations and set up Strong knowledge of international safety quality and CSR standards including ethical sourcing and supply chain best practices. Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills in English and Khmer Certifications in Quality Assurance CSR or ISO systems are advantageous. Experienced in project management cross-functional team leadership and supporting business expansion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with resilience to operate independently in complex factory environments.
