Our client a global publisher and developer of mobile games and apps is seeking a qualified candidate to join their firm

Core Systems Design: Architect fundamental gameplay mechanics and player loops tailored for the midcore and casual market.
Progression Frameworks: Engineer comprehensive progression paths encompassing leveling logic reward hierarchies and itemization/upgrade structures.
Economic Balancing: Model and calibrate the virtual economy fine-tuning currency sinks/sources drop rates and cost-benefit ratios.
Product Enhancement: Conceptualize and drive the development of new game modes and engagement features to diversify the player experience.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with engineering and art departments to facilitate the technical integration and aesthetic polish of game systems.
Quantitative Optimization: Leverage behavioral data and telemetry (e.g. churn rates session frequency) to iteratively refine and balance gameplay.

Requirements

Academic Foundations: Holds a Bachelors degree in a relevant technical or creative field such as Multimedia Computer Science Digital Arts or Media & Communication.
Professional Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in the game development industry with a proven track record in game design prototyping and rigorous playtesting.
Technical Proficiency: Deeply familiar with industry-standard game engines (Unity Unreal Engine) and advanced design software.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-motivated professional capable of taking full task ownership and resolving complex challenges with minimal supervision.
