Collect product information included photos & barcode
Product dictionary building
Leading addtional projects in Data Entry side.
Whatd you do:
- Data punching: the employee is required to punch data (urban and rural HHP/BBP paper diaries and additional survey) with accuracy & higher performance
- Collecting product information in the market/ supermarket for new launched products & existing products (included photos & barcode)
- Building product dictionary & update new products to NDES (New Data Entry System)
- Storing collected product photos & deliver to related department when required
- Market knowledge: the employee is required to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of 15-20 FMCG categories.
- Leading addtional projects in Data Entry side details as below:
Project excute by pen & paper data collection methodology:
Join project breifing together with Comercial or Fieldwork team
Receive & check number of questionaire from Field work team
Creating form for puching data
Distribute number of questionaire to Data Entry Exective for punching
Check logic data & daily data backup
Data processing & delivery to PR team
- Other addtional tasks assigned by Line Manager
Whatd you bring:
College or university degree in related filed is advantage
Sufficient command in English
Computer literate including good knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word
- An eye for details & conscientious approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills with the abilities to communicate with varied people background
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A committed team player with the ability to work closely across operational and commercial divisions.
