• Work directly with customers to gather clarify and understand business requirements.
  
• Analyze business needs and prepare clear structured business requirement specifications and related documentation.
  
• Communicate and explain business requirements to developers ensuring the development team fully understands customer expectations and intended workflows.
  
• Participate in software acceptance testing to verify that the delivered product fully and accurately meets customer requirements.
  
• Research and analyze competing software products and recommend improvements to enhance the companys electronic contract and e-signature solution.
  
• The position will focus on an electronic contract and digital signing SaaS product designed for business customers.
  

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Economics or another relevant discipline.
  
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in customer research requirements analysis business documentation and collaboration with development and testing teams.
  
• Strong customer research and analytical capabilities with the ability to quickly identify key issues and synthesize information effectively.
  
• Proven ability to prepare business documentation translate business needs into clear functional requirements and provide training or guidance to relevant stakeholders.
  

• Experience working with SaaS products enterprise software or platforms serving multiple organizations is highly preferred.
  
• Experience with digital signature or electronic signing products is considered a strong advantage.
  
• Good time-management skills and the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
