At Metica we let game studios focus on making great games while we take care of growing them. Were an AI-native growth partner for mobile games studios unifying user acquisition and in-game monetisation so games grow without studios having to build that expertise in-house.

Were built by founders and an early team on their third venture together (previously built and exited to King and Apple) backed by Play Ventures 13books Capital and Firstminute Capital. Were already working with some of the biggest names in mobile gaming and are entering our scaling phase which means real ownership for whoever joins us next.

Vietnam has become one of the most prolific mobile game producing countries in the world and Metica already has real traction there weve been genuinely impressed by the speed and volume Vietnamese studios ship at.

Metica has no dedicated in-country presence in Vietnam yet. This role builds and owns our Vietnamese book of business from the ground up reporting directly to Mati Bochenczak Director of Business Development. Youll pitch SmartFloors our on-device pricing and bidding layer and other Metica ad monetization products directly to Vietnamese studios and own each account end to end from first integration through full portfolio rollout.

Location: Hanoi is greatly preferred in-market presence matters more here than physical residency.

Well consider remote for the right candidate who travels within Vietnam often enough to build real relationships with enough overlap in your working hours to sync regularly with our Europe-based team. Expect frequent in-country travel to meet Vietnamese studios face to face and attend conferences like GamesForum or Vietnam Game Connect with occasional international travel for industry events like Chinajoy or Tokyo Game Show.

• Pitch Meticas SmartFloors product to new Vietnamese mobile game studios using your existing network and book of business as your first entry point.

• Own accounts end to end from first game integration through full portfolio rollout expanding footprint as trust and results build.

• Map stakeholders within each studio (growth ad monetisation UA product and finance) to find out who really holds decision-making power.

• Run the full deal cycle: initial pitch POC design commercial negotiation contract close and expansion planning.

• Bring a structured framework-driven approach to pipeline management (MEDDPICC or equivalent) so deals move predictably.

• Represent Metica in the Vietnamese gaming community events conferences and informal industry networks.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English with real relationships in the Vietnamese gaming industry not just familiarity with it.

• Youve sold into or worked inside mobile game studios before and understand how ad monetisation and the wider bidding ecosystem works.

• You think in frameworks and structure but can improvise and pitch creatively when a studios situation doesnt fit the standard playbook.

• Comfortable owning a deal end to end from cold pitch to multi-game portfolio rollout without needing a lot of hand-holding and able to work independently while staying aligned to a shared team target.

• Hungry to own a market not just work a list including pitching a new unproven AI-driven product to a skeptical technical buyer.

• Comfortable automating and improving your own workflow using AI tools heavily rather than doing everything by hand is a plus.
