Our client is a company specialized in industrial gases who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.


1. ERP Strategy & Roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive regional ERP strategy that supports business priorities and long-term digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design and oversee multi-year ERP roadmaps including system deployments upgrades process harmonization and future platform consolidation opportunities.
  • Assess existing and emerging ERP solutions to ensure they meet scalability operational efficiency and business requirements within a fast-growing environment.

2. ERP Governance & Change Management

  • Establish and manage ERP governance frameworks including standardized change request processes structured testing methodologies and prioritization mechanisms involving both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Drive consistency in ERP standards procedures documentation and access control policies across all regional operations.

3. ERP Implementation & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead regional ERP deployment and rollout programs working closely with both local and regional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee the full ERP lifecycle including implementation stabilization optimization and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain effective partnerships with ERP vendors system integrators and third-party service providers.

4. Business Partnership & Support

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to regional business leadership including Country General Managers and ASEAN leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective ERP solutions and system enhancements.
  • Maximize ERP value by identifying opportunities to expand system capabilities beyond finance and accounting such as operations management analytics and process automation.

5. Change Adoption & Capability Building

  • Champion change management initiatives to drive successful ERP adoption and user engagement across the organization.
  • Establish effective training programs user support frameworks and key-user communities throughout ASEAN markets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making through the effective utilization of ERP platforms.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Business Administration Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP implementation system management or digital transformation initiatives preferably within regional or multi-country organizations.
  • ERP Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with various ERP platforms such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent enterprise solutions.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including Finance Supply Chain Operations and Project Management.
  • Governance & Change Management: Hands-on experience in establishing ERP governance structures and implementing effective change management practices.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
