• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clients and candidates ensuring successfulplacements.
• Client and Candidate Understanding:
• Gain a deep understanding of job requirements company culture and candidate profiles to ensurethe best matches.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities focusing on target industries orspecific roles to expand the client base.
• Search for screen and interview potential candidates thoroughly assessing their experienceskills and career aspirations.
• Provide tailored career advice and recommend suitable job opportunities guiding candidatesthrough the application process and interview preparations.
• Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates ensuring mutual satisfaction. Follow uppost-placement to ensure smooth integration and satisfaction.
• Offer strategic HR consulting to clients addressing their broader talent acquisition and workforceplanning needs.

• Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
• Proficiency in Business English.
• Previous experience in recruitment sales or related fields is preferred.
• Proactive and results-driven with the ability to independently improve productivity.
• Open to learning and adapting with a creative mindset.
• Proficient in database management and information sharing.
• Capable of working autonomously while contributing to team goals and collaboration.
