[R&D] Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary
- Developing design solutions within defined concepts considering technical material Manufacturing and economic aspects
- Perform design calculations including tolerance analysis functional proof. Utilize designing tools and methodologies such as decision Matrix FMEA DRBFM DMFA Derive design measures to mitigate/ reduce technical risks.
- Design documents: Technical 2D drawings 3D models Bills of materials customer documents (AGZ customer model) design guidelines etc.
- Support design activities in platform as well as customer application projects to cooperate communicating with technical lead testing engineer production planner sales purchasing controlling quality management and process development.
- Create monitor and fulfill design schedule (for designing work packages) according to project timeline.
Qualifications :
1. Education: Bachelor or above in engineering fields (Mechanical engineering machinery automotive mechatronics)
2. Work experience: Fresh graduate in engineering fields (machinery automobile mechatronics aeronautics) or already have experience in designer
3. Traits and Skills:
- Good background in mechanical/ mechatronic engineering automotive engineering automotive components (Product functions and structure components functions)
- CAD tool (Unigraphics NX) Modelling and Drafting Assembly
- Responsiveness/ Agility/ Communication (including English writing and speaking)
- Willingness to take over responsibility and thereby learning
