Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project cash-flow plans in accordance with contractual payment terms.
- Oversee the preparation review and submission of payment and final-account documentation for projects.
- Monitor actual work completed against contractual quantities approved budgets and project progress.
- Identify payment cost and cash-flow risks and provide timely recommendations to management.
- Manage quantity verification payment certification variations claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure project quality acceptance handover and payment records are complete accurate and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with project management and relevant departments to resolve commercial contractual and payment-related issues.
- Support tendering and procurement activities including quantity reviews bid pricing supplier sourcing and cost comparisons.
- Prepare regular reports on project quantities costs payments receivables and commercial performance.
- Allocate QS resources across projects and manage the performance development and recruitment of team members.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Economics Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 510 years of experience in quantity surveying tendering construction cost management or a comparable position.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations tendering procedures contractual documentation and FIDIC contracts.
- Proven experience in project cost control quantity management payment certification variations and final accounts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit Microsoft Excel MS Project or other relevant software.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership planning analytical negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- A professional certificate in construction valuation cost management or tendering is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Construction Materials Construction Chemicals or any related fields. At least 3 years of experience working in the field of Construction Materials and Construction Chemicals Understanding in Construction and Construction Materials Have the ability to work in groups and coordinate with relevant departments Able to internal and external customers Resolve issues related to Customer Questions and Complaints Proficient communication and presentation skills Must be proficient in Microsoft skills Careful sure meticulous sociable and eager-to-learn attitude Withstand high pressure at work Ability to follow up with customers (when needed) Ready to go to markets in the Northern provinces to closely follow business activities & support sales/customers Contact: Nga Dang Due to the immerse number of applicants only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
