QA Supervisor

1. Job Description

   • Implement maintain and continuously improve Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in compliance with standards such as BRC FSSC 22000 IFS SQF and FSMA.

   • Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance with quality procedures SOPs and food safety requirements across departments.

   • Supervise quality and food safety activities within the factory and coordinate with related departments to resolve quality issues.

   • Lead external audits from certification bodies and customers ensuring audit readiness and compliance.

   • Handle customer complaints non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

   • Analyze quality data prepare reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and Kaizen activities.

   • Review and update food safety regulations and technical requirements related to customer EU and FDA standards.

   • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelors degree in Food Technology or related fields.

   • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the food industry; supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.

   • Good knowledge of food safety and quality management systems such as BRC FSSC 22000 IFS SQF and FSMA.

   • Experience in internal/external audits customer complaint handling and CAPA implementation.

   • Good command of English communication and ability to understand technical documents and food regulations.

   • Strong leadership communication problem-solving and data analysis skills.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

   • Knowledge of 5S Kaizen and Pest Control is an advantage.

   • Detail-oriented proactive and highly responsible.
