What Youll Be Doing

• Design and optimize prompts for multi-agents to support diverse sales scenarios.

• Utilize and contribute to automated testing systems to ensure consistent high-quality AI response.

• Analyze conversation data and customers feedback to troubleshoot AI behaviors improve performance and customer engagement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI strategies with business objectives.

What You Bring

• Background in Computer Science AI/ML or related technical field.

• 6 months of experience in prompt engineering or conversational AI design.

• Good knowledge of how LLMs work.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered sales systems API integrations or Voice-AI solutions.
