JOB OVERVIEW
- Driving innovation and development of knit fabrics in Vietnam to meet the Companys global needs.
- Delivering high-quality products at competitive industrial prices for end customers.
- Engaging the Companys partners & alliance on sustainable development practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Development & Industrialization
- Follow all new knit fabric developments and monitor performance in supplier.
- Follow all new color developments and monitor performance in supplier.
- Prepare and do negotiation with our supplier to get reasonable prices in all our catalogs twice a year.
2. Quality
- Monitor quality performance and data quality in supplier.
- Encourage and accompany supplier to enhance suppliers Quality system by quality control plan Quality Audit LAB Audit....
- Monitor and accompany supplier to improve Human Responsible in Production & Environment management system.
Requirements
1. Mandatory:
- 35 years of experience in the fabric industry manufacturing industry (eg. Quality Assurance & Control Lean Manufacturing Production Management or similar positions).
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Active participation in sports.
- Strong interest in technical subjects (eg. materials machinery process optimization energy etc).
- Open-minded proactive and logical thinker.
3. Nice to have:
- Fluency in Chinese or French.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies and Quality System Management.

Required Skills:
Bachelors/College degree or above in Garment/Apparel or a related field; CFA certification is preferred. Strong willingness to learn hardworking proactive and committed to professional development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic skills in data consolidation analysis and reporting. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under high pressure. English: Able to read and understand documents prepare reports and communicate at a basic level.
