Production Ceramic Manager
Job Summary
Our client is a reputable manufacturing company seeking an experienced member to join their team:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ceramic production processes to ensure efficiency product quality cost control and on-time delivery.
- Oversee daily production planning organization and execution to meet operational targets and business objectives.
- Supervise all production stages including raw material preparation forming firing glazing finishing and packaging.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and control production costs including materials labor and energy consumption.
- Build lead and develop high-performing production teams across multiple shifts fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety environmental and quality standards.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality Control Logistics and Planning teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Prepare regular production reports analyze performance metrics and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Management or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management preferably within ceramics furniture or export-oriented manufacturing.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale factory operations and leading multi-shift production teams.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Strong understanding of ceramic manufacturing processes including material preparation forming firing glazing and finishing.
- Solid knowledge of production planning inventory management and quality systems
- Familiarity with machinery operations basic maintenance and energy efficiency practices.
- Strong leadership team management and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in production systems and tools
- Good command of English for both technical and managerial communication.

Required Skills:
