Job Summary
ACG3663JOB Our client a leading global sportswear company is looking for a talented candidate to support product development and industrialization activities including:
You will ensure that every product can be reproduced consistently and efficiently while meeting rigorous standards for quality cost lead time and environmental performance.
- Lead the product development in my local production team
- Lead the industrial partners towards technical excellence
- Master industrial price while ensure good quality and lead time
- Improve systematically the value chain of my process
1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Garment Production preferably in the Product Development stage.
2. Passion for Sport: A genuine passion for sports products and understanding of sportswear dynamics
3. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and suppliers
5. Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both Vietnamese and good English communication skills (written and verbal).
5. Location Flexibility: Willingness to work and be based in Hanoi with frequent travel to factories (at least 2 days a week). Factory location: Phu Tho

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Quality Safety Management or an engineering-related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 ISO standards and Vietnam laboratory accreditation requirements under BoA/VILAS (or equivalent frameworks) Proven experience with quality management systems and international quality and safety standards is preferred. Experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) is an advantage. Strong English communication skills. Excellent organizational problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities. Mature team player with high self-discipline a results-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership capability.
