On behalf of our client we are hiring a Partnership Manager to support their Global Publishing team. Our client is a leading mobile game publishing organization in Southeast Asia with a rapidly growing global portfolio of over 70 titles spanning Puzzle Midcore and Hybrid-Casual genres.
Joining the team as a Partnership Manager you will play a key role in expanding the companys global publishing pipeline by sourcing and securing high-potential game titles. You will build strong business relationships with game studios worldwide negotiate publishing contracts and serve as the main liaison between external developers and internal growth teams to successfully launch and scale games in international markets.
Studio Sourcing & Scouting: Proactively identify pitch and recruit regional and international game studios developing high-potential Hybrid-Casual and Midcore mobile titles.
Deal Negotiation & Execution: Lead business discussions structure commercial terms (revenue-share models licensing terms) and manage contract execution to final closure.
Developer Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge and long-term partner manager between external studio founders/developers and internal operational units.
Cross-Functional Product Launch: Collaborate closely with internal User Acquisition (UA) Monetization and Product teams to test early metrics optimize gameplay and scale commercial performance.
Global Event Representation: Travel to major international gaming events and conferences (e.g. GDC Gamescom ChinaJoy) to network represent the publisher and expand partner networks.
Job Requirements
Technical skills:
Industry Experience: 1 years of proven experience in mobile game business development publisher relations or mobile game producing with a primary focus on Midcore and Hybrid-Casual titles.
Solid knowledge of Hybrid-Casual and Midcore game design including In-App Advertising (IAA) and In-App Purchase (IAP) monetization structures.
Strong ability to read analyze and interpret early market test data (such as CPI Retention and ROAS) to evaluate product viability.
Hands-on experience drafting negotiating and closing business development agreements within the gaming ecosystem.
Soft skills:
Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken) with high confidence in negotiating with global partners.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Highly self-motivated proactive and capable of managing deals independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel internationally for global industry conferences and partner meetings.
