Overseas Business Development
Job Summary
- Research and assess potential international markets partners and clients.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to expand and scale in global markets.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with overseas stakeholders including payment gateways e-commerce platforms and financial institutions.
- Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product legal compliance and operations teams to ensure partner requirements are met and onboarding processes run efficiently.
- Lead negotiations on contracts pricing structures and commercial agreements with partners.
- Represent the company at international conferences exhibitions and business networking events to enhance brand visibility and drive partnerships.
- Track KPIs and deliver regular reports on business development performance.
- Contribute to the company long-term global growth strategy and vision within the fintech ecosystem.
- Bachelors degree or above in Business International Trade Finance Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in international business development partnerships or sales ideally within fintech payments or e-commerce sectors.
- Solid knowledge of international trade cross-border payments or digital financial services is advantageous.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Open to frequent international travel as needed.
