Operation Manager

Develop and implement annual plans break down key performance indicators (KPIs) track achievement and make timely adjustments
Coordinate daily operations management

Manage the team including personnel recruitment training performance appraisal and team building and improve the teams professional ability and execution
Handle emergencies during operations (such as supply chain disruptions quality complaints etc.) formulate emergency plans and organize their implementation
