What Youll Be Doing

• Innovative Development Design and build scalable high-performance web applications with modern architecture principles.

• Quality Code Write clean efficient code and tackle bugs with precision.

• Cloud Integration Leverage AWS Azure or Google Cloud to enhance performance and scalability.

• AI-Powered Development Utilize AI tools and technologies such as generative AI LLMs RAG and vector/graph databases to accelerate development and improve outcomes.

• Tech Leadership Drive technical discussions mentor junior engineers and lead by example.

• Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Business Analysts and clients to translate business goals into technical solutions.

• QA Collaboration Work closely with QA to ensure high-quality product delivery.

• Team Culture Engage in peer reviews and contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.

Your Skills and Experience

• Excellent English Strong communication skills in English.

• 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

• Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript with hands-on experience in .NET Entity Framework MS SQL and ReactJS; familiarity with Python is a plus.

• Agile Know-how Familiar with Agile workflows and software design best practices

• Version Control Git expertise to manage complex codebases

• Bonus Skills Experience with vector/graph databases RAG architecture and working with LLMs

• Cloud & Containers Experience with AWS Azure or Google Cloud and working with containerized environments is a nice-to-have.
