Mechanical Design Lead Up to 30M VND

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement product development strategies aligned with the Companys business direction and development goals.
• Manage all activities related to the research design and development of new products from the conceptual stage to mass production.
• Coordinate with departments such as Sales QA Production and Production Planning to analyze market demand and customer requirements and propose suitable product development solutions.
• Direct the design improvement and optimization of products to meet quality technical aesthetic and cost-efficiency requirements.
• Check review and approve technical drawings BOM (Bill of Materials) technical standards and related documents before mass production.
• Evaluate the feasibility of designs under actual production conditions; coordinate with relevant departments to handle technical issues and improve products.
• Manage the creation updating and standardization of the technical document system ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company regulations.
• Coordinate with the prototyping department to monitor the manufacturing testing evaluation and refinement of products before mass production.
• Track the progress of product development projects ensuring they are completed on schedule and meet quality and cost targets.
• Manage assign tasks train and develop the professional capabilities of the staff; build an efficient working environment and foster a spirit of innovation and creativity.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree or higher in Design Engineering or Product Management.
• Deep understanding of production processes and industry technical standards.
• Proficient in using design software (AutoCAD SolidWorks Inventor etc.). (Note: Assuming inverter was a typo for Autodesk Inventor).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
• Preferred qualifications: Ability to read comprehend and research technical documents in English.
• Ability to work under high pressure adapt quickly and demonstrate creativity in work.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

• Location: Hoa Binh Factory
• Salary: - VND
• Working hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Monday - Saturday (with 2 Saturdays off per month).
• 13th-month salary annual salary review and financial year bonus.
• Social Insurance contributions in accordance with the law.
• 12 days of annual leave.
• Company shuttle bus provided from Hanoi to the factory.
