Job Summary:

Công việc nhân viên kho thực hiện đóng gói xuất hàng theo kế hoạch giao hàng hàng ngày cũng như giao nhận lưu trữ kiểm kê nguyên vật liệu trong và ngoài nhà máy.

Trách nhiệm công việc chính:

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Tiếp nhận hàng nguyên vật liệu phục vụ sản xuất từ nhà cung cấp bên ngoài và tiến hành kiểm đếm/lưu trữ trong kho vật liệu.
• Giao nguyên vật liệu trong nhà máy cho bộ phận sản xuất để sản xuất hàng ngày
• Giao / nhận hàng bán thành phẩm nhà cung cấp phủ mạ đi và về hàng ngày
• Kiểm tra và thực hiện các yêu cầu công việc xắp xếp đóng gói thành phẩm sản xuất và thương mại (đóng hộp dán tem phân bổ cho khách hàng) hàng ngày theo kế hoạch của quản lí.
• Thực hiện công tác kiểm đếm số lượng nguyên vật liệu vật tư đóng gói số lượng thành phẩm tồn kho theo các chu kỳ kiểm kê. Cập nhật dữ liệu kết quả thực hiện công việc vào hệ thống quản lý duy trì công tác đóng gói hoạt động ở mức tối ưu không xảy ra tình trạng chậm trễ cung ứng thành phẩm.
• Thực hiện công tác bảo quản bảo trì dọn dẹp sắp xếp các công cụ dụng cụ phục vụ công việc. Luôn đảm bảo trang thiết bị ở trong tình trạng sẵn sàng theo tiêu chuẩn quy định.
• Tuân thủ về an toàn và hướng dẫn thao tác
• Sử dụng một số máy móc thiết bị tại kho phục vụ cho công việc giao nhận quản lí nguyên vật liệu đóng gói như máy khử từ máy in tem máy thắt đai máy khắc chữ máy tính...
• Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lí

• Receive raw materials for production from external suppliers and conduct inventory/storage in the warehouse
• Deliver raw materials in the factory to the production department for daily production
• Deliver/receive semi-finished products from coating suppliers daily
• Check and perform all the daily jobs of packaging (packing/labellingdistributing to customer) for production & comercial goods according to schedule of high levels
• Check and carry out the counting quantity of packaging materials finished goods stock in warehouse in every cycle of inventory. Update result data into managing system and maintain packaging jobs operated at highest levels to avoid late finished goods deliveries.
• Check and maintain all the jigs tools for packaging jobs to be ready always and classify these tools into the best condition as standard requirements.
• Safety compliance work instructions compliance
• Use some machines and equipment in the warehouse to serve the work of receiving managing raw materials packaging such as demagnetizers label printers strapping machines engraving machines computers...
• Other tasks assigned by higher levels
