Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will support the execution of marketing activities across content creation event coordination campaign support and stakeholder communication.

• Create content for LinkedIn Facebook and event communications
• Design simple visuals (social posts event materials) using Canva or similar tools
• Edit short-form videos (recap social clips event highlights) using tools like CapCut Premiere etc.
• Support content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and thought leadership

• Support preparation before events (guest list materials coordination)
• Assist during events (check-in logistics speaker support)
• Handle post-event tasks (follow-ups recap content reporting)

• Follow up with partners speakers and attendees via email or messaging
• Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure smooth execution across multiple activities

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (webinars workshops content distribution)
• Help track performance and collect basic data (registrations engagement leads)
• Support internal coordination across marketing sales and partners

• Support translation (EN VI) for marketing materials emails and presentations
• Assist in localizing global content for the Vietnam market
• Ensure messaging is clear consistent and culturally relevant

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing Communications Business or related fields
• Strong interest in marketing content creation social media and events
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and working proficiency in English
• Responsible proactive organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and support multiple projects simultaneously
