Lead the development and execution of Sales & Aftersales Quality Control Compliance Audit and Investigation strategies across the dealer and service network.
Establish governance frameworks policies standards and quality control processes to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Develop and oversee annual risk-based audit plans ensuring effective execution of periodic ad-hoc and special audits.
Lead investigations into critical operational issues customer complaints fraud and non-compliance cases ensuring timely resolution and preventive actions.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and oversee the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Monitor dealer and workshop performance through quality KPIs compliance metrics audit findings and operational health indicators.
Collaborate with Sales Aftersales Network Development Customer Experience Legal and other stakeholders to strengthen operational governance and quality performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics benchmarking and industry best practices.
Manage departmental planning budgeting resource allocation and project execution.
Prepare executive-level reports present key findings risk assessments and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Coach develop and lead team members to build a high-performing quality organization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelors degree or above in Automotive Engineering Quality Management Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 810 years of experience in Quality Management Operational Audit Sales Operations Aftersales Operations Dealer Network Management or related functions.
At least 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
Experience in the automotive OEM industry or managing dealer networks is highly preferred.
