[Internship] HRBP Assistant Intern

Recruitment (70%)

• Monitor and follow-up intern recruitment needs
• Manage job postings in recruitment platforms
• In charge of interviewing and recruitment processes
• Monitor candidate database and feedback processes

Integration of New Hires (20%)

• Prepare welcome documents for new joiners
• Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of new-hires
• Monitor and support trainings (On-boarding Orientation etc.) and workshops

Personnel Marketing and HR event (10%)

• Coordinate in job fairs university activities
• Support yearly events and projects of HR department

Qualifications :

• Third/Final year student entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship
• No working experiences required although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage
• Eloquent English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Interpersonal skills time and task management skill critical thinking and patience
• Can-do attitude urge to develop and learn new things
• Eyes for details and good organization skills
• High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
• Be able to provide stamped Letter of Recommendation from university
