Insitutional Client Manager

Job Summary
- Manage and grow institutional client business across both domestic and international accounts including investment funds asset management firms financial institutions and other institutional investors.
- Allocate business targets monitor performance and provide training and coaching to the Sales/Account Management team responsible for institutional clients.
- Directly manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
- Oversee the delivery of products and services to clients including market updates research reports trade ideas block deal opportunities and other investment solutions.
- Work closely with Trading Research and other internal teams to address client investment needs and maximize trading opportunities.
- Identify client trading demand support the team in execution and help close large transactions including block deals.
- Organize and participate in corporate access activities roadshows and investor meetings.
- Proactively identify and develop new institutional clients while expanding the firms client network.
- Track the business pipeline evaluate performance and prepare regular business reports.
- Strong foundation in finance with a focus on the equity market.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in the Vietnamese securities market preferably in sales or research roles at securities companies asset management firms or investment funds.
- Solid understanding of Vietnams stock market macroeconomic landscape and key sectors/listed companies.
- Fluent English proficiency with strong communication skills.
- Established relationships and proven experience working with funds asset management companies and other institutional investors in Vietnam are highly preferred.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree or above in Finance Accounting Auditing or related disciplines; candidates holding CPA ACCA or equivalent certifications are highly preferred. Minimum 1015 years of experience in finance including prior experience serving as CFO Finance Director or other senior leadership positions. Previous experience within healthcare hospitals healthcare services or other complex service-driven operational models is highly advantageous. Strong expertise in corporate financial management internal controls risk management and relevant regulatory frameworks. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with experience advising or working directly with Executive Management and Boards of Directors. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders; strong English proficiency for professional use is required. Ability to work independently act as a trusted advisor and influence decision-making without direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
