The Human Resources & Administration Manager is responsible for developing strategies organizing operations and overseeing all HR and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations and sustainable workforce development for the hospital/clinic.
- Develop and optimize internal administrative systems policies and procedures.
- Manage office operations including company assets equipment office supplies and logistics support.
- Monitor administrative headcount planning while controlling administrative costs and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with workplace security fire prevention and safety regulations environmental standards and related legal requirements.
- Plan implement evaluate and report on periodic administrative activities.
- Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with the Board of Directors vision and business objectives.
- Plan and execute short-term mid-term and long-term workforce strategies.
- Establish and supervise HR processes including:
- Recruitment
- Training & Development
- Performance Evaluation
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Recruitment
- Design organizational structures workforce planning and job grading systems.
- Manage HR budgets compensation benefits and payroll-related expenses.
- Establish KPI/HR metrics systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and strengthen corporate culture by:
- Designing and implementing employee engagement and employee experience programs
- Conducting internal communication activities to reinforce the companys core values
- Measuring employee satisfaction and engagement through regular surveys
- Designing and implementing employee engagement and employee experience programs
- Develop succession planning strategies and enhance the capabilities of the HR & Administration team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management roles; candidates with experience in healthcare (especially aesthetics/beauty) tourism or service industries are preferred.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Proven ability to plan organize and execute strategies effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and situational handling abilities.
- Excellent communication presentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively under high-pressure environments.
