Our client is a leading apparel manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Oversee and control the overall operations of the Accounting Department as well as other accounting-related activities of the Company.
- Organize manage and monitor the Companys financial activities including accounting bookkeeping tax reporting and financial reporting in compliance with applicable laws and Company policies.
- Organize manage and control activities related to the Companys product input and output processes to minimize potential losses.
- Establish and maintain the accounting system in accordance with Vietnamese laws and accounting standards as well as develop and maintain an effective accounting reporting system.
- Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators analyze variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the timely preparation of monthly and annual accounting reports together with monthly key performance indicator reports.
- Report accounting-related matters to the General Director and the Management Board.
Requirements
- This position is open to Vietnamese candidates only.
- Hold at least a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- Possession of a CPA qualification or Chief Accountant Certificate is an advantage.
- Have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar position including at least three years within a manufacturing environment.
- Possess experience in general ledger accounting and tax accounting.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting regulations and tax policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required while experience with SAP is preferred.
- Experience in budget and forecast preparation is preferred.
- Be proactive self-motivated and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Possess good English communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving and management capabilities.
