Engineering Manager

• Manage and supervise all engineering/facility activities according to the assigned plan.
• Develop implement and improve engineering processes to ensure quality and progress.
• Coordinate with related departments to handle issues arising during operations/projects.
• Control work quality ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality management systems (ISO/IATF if applicable).
• Analyze defects execute reports and implement improvements using quality tools (8D 5Why QC tools).
• Participate in internal process audits improve efficiency and optimize costs.
• Train guide and manage the engineering/facility team.
• Periodically report work progress and quality to superiors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Education: College/University degree in related engineering fields (electronics mechanical physics chemistry).
• Experience: 5 years of engineering/process experience including 2 years in a management position.
• Knowledge: Understanding of quality management systems (ISO/IATF 16949).
• Skills:
  • Proficient in quality tools (7 QC tools 8D 5Why) and MS Office.
  • Able to use Chinese at work; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Good team management communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attitude: Proactive responsible and able to work under pressure.

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday.
• Salary: 30 40 million VND (negotiable based on capability).
