1. Job Description

   • Receive and inspect drawings survey the site and prepare for construction.

   • Support the site supervisor in developing construction plans and handling necessary procedures to commence work.

   • Assist in assigning tasks to team leaders workers and subcontractors and oversee their performance.

   • Implement detailed construction plans and monitor quality progress and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

   • Coordinate with team leaders to ensure all safety measures are enforced on site.

   • Report completed volumes arising issues and customer feedback to the site supervisor.

   • Resolve on-site conflicts and incidents promptly to maintain schedule.

   • Support final handover including summarizing volumes with subcontractors and assisting QS/QAQC with project documentation.

   • Monitor and supervise defect repair works as needed.

   • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

2. Requirements

   • Graduation from a vocational school or higher in Construction Interior Fit-out Engineering or related fields.

   • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in interior fit-out projects.

   • Proficiency in MS Outlook Word Excel and the ability to view and print AutoCAD files; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.

   • Solid understanding of quality control planning site inspection contracts QS scheduling safety and risk management.

   • Ability to read and comprehend all layout and detailed drawings for interior fit-out works.

   • Detail-oriented organized and highly responsible.
