Job Summary
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to brainstorm and architect original high-quality games tailored for the platform.
Handle the full technical build testing and upkeep of titles ensuring every project aligns with both performance benchmarks and artistic vision.
Maintain a proactive learning mindset in game design to transition toward independently overseeing the entire development lifecycle from start to finish.
Fine-tune game performance to ensure a consistent experience across a diverse range of hardware and operating systems.
Pinpoint and eliminate technical bottlenecks to guarantee fluid uninterrupted gameplay for all users.
Deploy systematic updates to refine mechanics introduce new features and enhance overall functionality.
Monitor and fix software bugs rapidly to uphold the highest standards of game reliability and quality.
Serve as a technical resource for junior developers regional departments and PUGC (Professional User Generated Content) studios.
Diagnose issues and propose actionable solutions regarding the game editor and associated development toolkits.
- A profound enthusiasm for the industry and a dedicated drive to craft deeply immersive and engaging player experiences.
- A Bachelors degree (or higher) in Information Technology or a related field from a reputable university.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in game development supported by a strong portfolio of published titles.
- Proven proficiency with major engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Prior experience designing for UGC platforms (e.g. Roblox Mini World Blockman GO) is highly desirable.
- Mastery of C C# or JavaScript. Additional experience with scripting languages like Lua or Python is considered a significant plus.
- Strong grasp of multiplayer programming specifically in implementing client/server architectures.
- Comprehensive understanding of game mechanics physics 2D/3D assets UI design and game balancing.
- Professional experience managing codebases with version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English to collaborate with global teams. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
- The ability to process feedback constructively iterate on designs rapidly and remain productive under high-pressure fast-changing environments.
