[FCM] ReceptionistAdmin Intern

• Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
• Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
• Handle mails couriers etc. and deliver accordingly
• Manage meeting room booking
• Manage company taxi cards and parking services
• Manage stationery for the office
• Check and verify bills expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
• Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company.

Qualifications :

• 3rd or 4th student who could join full-time
• Official university recommendation letter with the university stamp (mandatory). This document will be required after you successfully pass Boschs interview process.
• Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week
• Good ability of English communication
• Strong customer focus
• Capable of MS office software: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
