Employee Benefits Solutions Manager

1. Job Description

   • Develop and implement strategies to expand the Employee Benefits business including Healthcare and Life Insurance.

   • Collaborate with the GD GM and related teams to establish and enhance healthcare products services and operational processes.

   • Identify prospective clients prepare proposals and quotations negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.

   • Manage policy renewals strengthen client relationships and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

   • Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

   • Perform other duties as assigned.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelors degree in insurance business administration or a related field. Having certificates majoring in Insurance is most preferred.

   • Having healthcare insurance experiences more than 7 years insurance experiences with a focus on non-life insurance.

   • Leadership and people management skills.

   • Strong business development and sales skills.

   • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

   • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

   • Good command of written and spoken English.

   • Strong planning time management and multitasking abilities.

   • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

   • Coaching and training skills.

   • Proactive customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.

3. Benefits
