EHS Specialist
Job Summary
- Maintain update and improve the ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 systems in accordance with the requirements of the Company and the Group.
- Coordinate with plants departments and site ISO teams to implement procedures forms records and system requirements.
- Monitor periodic ISO system activities such as risk assessments environmental aspects SHEQ objectives energy indicators and management review records.
- Prepare for and coordinate internal audits certification/surveillance/scope extension audits and follow up on corrective actions after audits.
- Guide train and support departments in applying ISO requirements and internal procedures and in maintaining relevant records.
- Update changes in ISO standards laws and internal requirements; propose adjustments to documents procedures and forms when necessary.
- Manage update and maintain the SHEQ/ISO document system including procedures instructions forms records and controlled documents.
- Review and coordinate the implementation of the Groups internal procedures standards and guidelines in line with legal requirements and operations in Vietnam.
- Draft revise issue withdraw archive and control document versions in accordance with the Companys regulations.
- Coordinate the development review and improvement of documents for operations audits bidding and compliance requirements.
- Receive consolidate and review SHEQ ISO legal and compliance requirements from customers suppliers Sales Purchasing and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the preparation of records documents procedures and compliance evidence for customer audits supplier audits bidding activities or specific inspections.
- Monitor consolidate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities recommendations or improvement requirements after audits.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of SHEQ requirements at the chemical facility in accordance with legal regulations ISO standards and internal procedures.
- Support hazard identification risk assessment environmental aspect control and monitoring of control measures within chemical operations.
- Maintain SHEQ records related to the chemical facility including safety environment chemical management fire prevention and firefighting inspections training periodic checks and corrective actions.
- Prepare records documentation and compliance evidence for internal audits ISO audits customer audits or inspections conducted by competent authorities at the chemical facility.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Safety Environment Chemistry Engineering Quality Management or other relevant fields.
- Have 23 years of experience in ISO SHEQ/HSE environment occupational safety or management systems within manufacturing plants; experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001 and basic legal regulations on occupational safety environment fire prevention and fighting chemicals and safety inspections.
- Drafting and controlling documents consolidating records preparing reports following up on corrective actions and communicating and coordinating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to read and understand English is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data/document management tools.
- Careful honest responsible proactive compliant with procedures and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Safety Environment Chemistry Engineering Quality Management or other relevant fields. Have 23 years of experience in ISO SHEQ/HSE environment occupational safety or management systems at manufacturing plants; experience in industrial gases chemicals or industrial environments is preferred. Understanding of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001 and basic legal regulations on occupational safety environment fire prevention and fighting chemicals and safety inspections. Drafting and controlling documents consolidating records preparing reports following up on corrective actions and communicating and coordinating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
