Job Summary
Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead the identification evaluation and execution of renewable energy projects including project screening feasibility assessment and approval processes while securing development rights through both greenfield development and M&A opportunities. Manage internal project approval and gate-review procedures negotiate joint development partnerships and equity acquisition agreements with developers and oversee projects through to successful financial close. Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated track record in developing wind or solar power projects with a total capacity of at least 50 MW.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Energy Electrical Engineering Civil Engineering Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development (solar and/or wind) with at least one successfully completed project of 30 MW or more in Vietnam.
- Native or fluent Vietnamese communication skills along with working proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above).
- Strong understanding of Vietnams regulatory and approval procedures involving MOIT MONRE and EVN as well as comprehensive knowledge of the Land Law and Environmental Impact Assessment regulations.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work remotely when required with proven cross-cultural communication negotiation abilities and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
