Job Summary
On behalf of our client we are hiring a Civil Engineer Lead Industrial to support their expanding infrastructure and design engineering teams in Vietnam. Our client is a leading headquartered-in-Australia international engineering design and advisory company with an 85-year legacy of delivering sustainable and innovative solutions across more than 30 global cities.
Joining the team as a Civil Engineer Lead Industrial you will lead multi-disciplinary project squads consisting of junior and mid-level engineers and designers to deliver technical excellence. In this high-impact position you will leverage advanced civil design software packages to orchestrate large-scale industrial projectscovering everything from road pavement and earthworks design to comprehensive storm water drainage and concrete workswhile strictly maintaining compliance with international and Australian engineering frameworks.
Project & Team Leadership: Direct mentor and effectively lead teams of junior to mid-level engineers and designers cultivating a highly collaborative and results-driven project environment.
Civil Infrastructure Design: Plan develop and execute comprehensive designs for industrial civil works including road networks pavement configurations storm water management systems drainage systems and earthworks.
Structural Engineering: Take ownership of concrete and traffic access design ensuring all calculations and engineering blueprints maintain high technical benchmarks.
Standard & Code Compliance: Ensure all structural design actions fixed platforms walkways stairs and civil designs strictly align with required technical parameters and industry best practices.
Multidisciplinary Alignment: Actively collaborate across multi-disciplined global engineering teams to deliver future-ready infrastructure solutions that integrate digital engineering and user-experience principles.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience within civil engineering design with a strong focus on industrial sectors.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent academic qualification.
Deep practical experience executing designs for roads pavements storm water systems drainage networks earthworks traffic access paths and concrete structures.
Strong proficiency in utilizing professional civil software design packages.
Solid understanding of Australian engineering standards is preferred particularly: AS3600 AS1657 AS1170 and AS5100.
Professional English proficiency with excellent written verbal and text comprehension skills.
Attractive base salary with 100% pay during probation
