1. Civil Engineer.

• Vị trí tuyển mới report trực tiếp cho Project Supervisor.
• Dự án tập trung vào xây dựng nhà máy công nghiệp và kho vận không phải dự án dân dụng thông thường.
• Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực xây dựng.
• Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm xây dựng nhà máy công nghiệp và hiểu quy trình triển khai dự án từ đấu thầu đến thi công.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm:
• Lập yêu cầu kỹ thuật hồ sơ mời thầu.
• Đánh giá và làm việc với nhà thầu.
• Giám sát kỹ thuật thi công quản lý tiến độ chất lượng và khối lượng công trình.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ thi công duyệt shopdrawing biện pháp thi công và am hiểu các tiêu chuẩn xây dựng PCCC.
• Không yêu cầu bắt buộc phần mềm kỹ thuật cụ thể tuy nhiên ứng viên biết AutoCAD MS Project là lợi thế.
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp có thể trao đổi với đối tác/nhà thầu nước ngoài.
• Công việc có đi công tác thường xuyên
• Địa điểm làm việc: AIG Tower. (Hà Nội)
• Phỏng vấn: 2 vòng.
• Lương: Upto 25M gross

Job Responsibilities

Prepare construction technical requirements to meet the needs of each project.

Prepare tender packages invite bids consolidate submissions conduct preliminary contractor assessments and recommend contractors to the Project Department for the next stage.

Supervise construction technical work including approval of shop drawings and construction methods.

Manage contractor construction schedules.

Coordinate construction activities among contractors.

Manage quality and legal documentation.

Manage construction quantities.

Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil and Industrial Construction.

At least 5 years of experience in construction.

Experience in industrial factory construction is required together with an understanding of project delivery from tendering through construction.

Experience preparing technical requirements and tender documents is preferred.

Experience evaluating and working with contractors is preferred.

Experience in technical construction supervision and managing schedules quality and construction quantities is preferred.

Ability to read construction drawings and approve shop drawings construction methods and material submissions.

Sound knowledge of construction codes and standards including fire prevention and firefighting requirements.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage; no specific technical software is mandatory.

Conversational English sufficient to communicate with foreign partners and contractors.

Ability to research independently and work autonomously.

Availability for frequent business travel.
