We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can:
Lead long-term technology strategy positioning MISA as a leader in AI and Agentic AI not only in Vietnam but across the region
Build large-scale AI and data platforms to create sustainable competitive advantages
Standardize and modernize system architecture to serve millions of users with high reliability and performance
Develop a strong technology organization capable of rapid scaling fast delivery and continuous learning
Provide leadership and direction for technology strategy roadmap development system architecture and data infrastructure
Ensure MISA maintains its position as a technology leader in Vietnam and the region
Proactively adopt and apply the latest global technology trends to create competitive advantages for business and operational efficiency for customers
Define strategic direction research and execution to ensure MISAs AI solutions remain cutting-edge
Deliver clear practical value to customers through AI applications
Build and manage a comprehensive data ecosystem (including data collection storage and utilization)
Leverage data as a foundation for AI development and to support leadership in decision-making and governance
Design and standardize system architecture according to modern standards
Ensure system components operate cohesively with strong scalability and high performance
Foster a culture of continuous learning
Standardize development processes competency frameworks and training programs
Enhance the overall technical capability of the organization
Strong intelligence logical thinking creativity and decisiveness
Minimum 5 years of experience as a CTO (or equivalent) in large technology companies ( 500 software engineers) both domestically and internationally
Proven experience operating systems serving millions of users and hundreds of thousands of businesses
Deep understanding of AI with hands-on experience in building AI products or transforming software products using AI to deliver real user value
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related fields
Fluent in English with proven experience presenting and speaking at conferences and seminars
Masters or PhD in Information Technology Computer Science or related fields
Experience working in a product-driven environment

Required Skills:
University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Computer Science Information Technology or other related fields. Experience in designing implementing and operating DR/DC systems. Strong experience operating servers and VMware virtualization infrastructure. Experience with Linux and system services. Experience operating Nginx proxy systems. Experience and knowledge of Windows services and servers. Experience working with backup systems and solutions. Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix SolarWinds. Knowledge of log collection analysis and visualization tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack Splunk etc. Knowledge of networking and security is an advantage. Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible Puppet or Chef is an advantage. Scripting skills (e.g. Bash Python PowerShell). Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases is an advantage. Knowledge of container orchestration and management tools like Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage. Preference for international certifications in systems networking or security fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in System Administration or similar roles. Preference for experience in securities finance banking or insurance sectors. Ability to research and explore features of new technologies for application in the companys model if suitable. Ability to handle pressure and enthusiasm for creative work. Teamwork skills.
