Strategic Planning and Company-wide Workforce Development Planning
  • Develop strategies and plans for human resources governance and development and oversee implementation to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Develop systems of procedures regulations and operational tools to enhance the effectiveness of the companys human resources management activities.

Execution of the Companys Workforce Plan

  • Implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure a high-quality workforce for the organization and directly participate in the recruitment of senior-level positions.
  • Implement HRBP activities to ensure workforce stability and meet the organizations productivity requirements. Approve key HR solutions and directly handle senior-level personnel matters. Identify and develop succession teams to meet the organizations requirements in terms of both quantity and quality.
  • Implement human resources development plans by organizing the development of training materials programs and training plans and evaluating training effectiveness to enhance workforce capabilities in line with the goal of increasing team productivity.
  • Develop and implement total rewards policies across the entire system to motivate employees improve productivity and attract and retain talent in alignment with the organizations development strategy.
  • Implement monitor and manage risks related to HR service operations digitalize operational processes manage HR data effectively and ensure compliance with labor laws.

HR Operations Management

  • Organize recruitment training performance evaluation employee engagement and development activities for the HR team nationwide.
  • Manage nationwide HR operations to ensure the timely and accurate provision of information and data and provide advice and consultation to the Board of Directors to support effective business and operational decision-making.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRD or CHRO in companies or corporations with a workforce of 2000 employees or more or experience in restructuring consulting at Big Four audit firms or leading human resources consulting firms in the Vietnamese market.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities strategic thinking and research capability.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present clearly and inspire others.
  • Proficiency in using AI to support HR management and operations.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a Masters degree or a Bachelors degree from an overseas university.
