Chief Accountant

• Manage operate and supervise all activities of the Accounting Department.
• Manage a team of around 03 personnel assign tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Take responsibility for the companys accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and control financial statements in accordance with regulations.
• Analyze financial status make plans and forecast financial resources.
• Liaise with Tax authorities Auditors Banks and other related functional agencies.
• Control the accounting book system ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
• Manage and effectively operate the ERP system for accounting tasks.
• Advise the Board of Directors on financial strategies cost control and optimization of operational efficiency.
• Report directly to the Finance Director (Chinese expat).

• Male/Female from 28 - 40 years old.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting Auditing Finance or related fields.
• Hold a Chief Accountant Certificate.
• Minimum 03 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or an equivalent accounting management position in a manufacturing enterprise.
• Fluent in Chinese across all 4 skills (Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing); capable of working directly with Chinese management.
• Proficient in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting tax and corporate finance regulations.
• Good team management skills analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Salary: 40 45 million VND/month negotiable based on competence.
