Branch Manager Hanoi VN

Our client is a global logistics service provider a well-established company with over 50 years of history worldwide.

Overall Purpose:

This position will report directly toGeneral Manager andLead the VN branch with full responsibility for people operations customer retention business growth profitability and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

1. People & Leadership
   • Lead recruit develop and retain branch staff.
   • Set KPIs conduct performance reviews coaching and succession planning.
   • Build a collaborative high-performance team culture.
2. Operations & Customer Service
   • Ensure smooth efficient and compliant branch operations.
   • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction/retention.
   • Drive process improvement and operational excellence.
   • Manage relationships with suppliers overseas offices and agents.
3. Business Development
   • Grow key/top branch accounts and develop sales pipelines.
   • Monitor competitors and market trends.
   • Build and execute the branch business plan.
   • Identify new business opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
4. P&L Management
   • Prepare and manage the annual branch budget.
   • Monitor P&L profitability and cost performance.
   • Take corrective actions when results deviate from budget.
   • Drive vendor cost optimization and file profitability.
5. Office & Compliance
   • Manage office facilities equipment and working environment.
   • Ensure Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.
   • Ensure adherence to company/global standards and policies.

Requirements:

• Strong logistics/freight forwarding operations background
• Proven branch/team leadership experience
• Strong commercial & business development capability
• Comfortable managing P&L budget and profitability
• Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Transport or Business Administration
• Language: Fluent in English
