[Bosch R&D Internship] Product Development Intern (Automotive focus)

Products: Electrical Connectors for the Automotive Industry.

• Perform design calculations including tolerance analysis and dimensional measurement (3D data).
• Apply engineering methodologies such as FMEA DRBFM DFMA etc. to ensure robust product design.
• Support testing activities including sample preparation test setup and execution.
• Assist in technical risk assessments problem solving customer approvals and tooling release processes.
• Assist in developing and optimizing design solutions.
• Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve design efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications :

• Final-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering Aeronautical Engineering Mechanics Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Preferred GPA 7.5 or above).
• Academic background includes relevant coursework assignments or mini-projects related to product development design simulation or testing.
• Interest in innovation experimentation and continuous improvement
• Proficient in reading and writing English for daily communication and documentation.
• Available to work full-time for 4 to 6 months.
