In this role you will be instrumental in the Attributes Department using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams including Engineering Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Liaise with support and work alongside ESP and VF teams during the development validation and launch phases.
- Work in a team environment potentially collaborating with external contractors and suppliers to design or modify vehicle parts.
- Establish and maintain a Body organization capable of supporting VinFasts rapidly growing business and objectives.
- Drive all Body & Closure Engineering work on future model programs to meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
- Support established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies for the department.
- Have experience in automotive or related industries.
- Experience on directing a team or department
- Related Degree in Engineering field.
- Demonstrated agility in operating within matrix organizations and teams.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Highly organized
- Effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams from different areas of the company and with the key supplier.
- Motivational skills
- In-depth knowledge in Body engineering
- Highly motivated self-starter and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.
- Demonstrate a high degree of resilience and ability to deal with high pressure situations using a logical data driven approach.
- Be accountable for delivery and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
