Job Summary
Our client one of the leading companies in the professional services and business advisory industry is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position.
- Manage end-to-end audit engagements including planning execution reporting clearance completion and the finalization of audit documentation and working files.
- Ensure all audit engagements are completed within the agreed timelines and in full compliance with applicable regulatory standards professional requirements and internal procedures.
- Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring that client expectations engagement requirements and agreed deliverables are effectively managed and fulfilled.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the engagement team maintaining clear communication and facilitating the timely resolution of engagement-related matters.
- Support the budgeting and financial management processes including forecasting billings monitoring engagement performance and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Assign roles and responsibilities to audit team members based on engagement requirements individual capabilities and workloads to ensure effective and efficient execution.
- Supervise guide and support team members while proactively addressing staffing needs performance matters and operational requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Auditing Accounting Finance or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in the audit field.
- Proven experience in group and consolidated audits together with a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership coaching communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively guide and develop team members.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a demonstrated capacity to prioritize assignments meet deadlines and fulfil professional commitments.
- Good to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- A recognized professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
Education Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Securities Accounting Auditing Banking or related fields. Possession of a securities practicing license/certification. Knowledge / Expertise Strong understanding of financial and securities markets. Solid knowledge of institutional investor behavior. Experience 510 years of experience in Institutional Client Development/Sales Asset Management Fund Management or Investment Banking at banks securities firms or fund management companies. Skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales/revenue targets. Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills with a client-first mindset. Strong English proficiency in communication presentations and report writing. Professional attitude and work style. Strict compliance with internal policies and applicable laws/regulations. Strong commitment to confidentiality and client data protection. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions/departments to achieve shared goals.
