Job Summary

The Digital Product & Insights Analyst plays a critical role in driving the success of Manulifes digital ecosystem by combining product ownership business analysis and data-driven decision making. This role will partner closely with Business Owners Technology teams to identify opportunities optimize digital experience monitor business outcomes and ensure digital investments deliver measurable value.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership and Business Partnership

  • Digital Analytics and Performance Monitoring

  • Business Value Realization

  • Governance and Strategic Reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management Business Analysis Digital Transformation Digital Product Data Analytics or related fields

  • Experience with digital adoption and customer engagement analytics

  • Knowledge with digital ecosystems SQL PBI or advanced data analytics

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Business Intelligence Data Analytics or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance or Finance industry experience

  • Product Owner certification (CSPO PSPO Agile Product Owner)
