Qualifications
4 yearsof hands-on engineering experience building and shipping production systems
Track record of taking systems from prototype to production
Solid experience withComputer Vision (e.g. detection segmentation OCR tracking video analytics)- or strongML/deep learningexperience with a clear path into CV
Proficiency inPython & C
Hands-on experience withPyTorch TensorFlow and OpenCV
Working knowledge of deep learning fundamentals (CNNs Transformers)
Soft Skills
Problem-solving and innovation mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong strategic thinking with a business-impact mindset
Ability to influence technical direction across teams
Leadership and mentorship capability -- or clear potential to grow into it
Nice to Have
Prior Tech Lead experience with a track record of driving cross-functional teams
