Job Summary

- Lead complex problem-solving and innovation in CV solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-driven solutions
- Define and drive technical strategy aligned with business and client goals
- Design and own end-to-end Computer Vision systems (data model deployment)
- Establish engineering and MLOps best practices
- Mentor engineers and lead technical direction across teams
- Manage technical risks compliance and system sustainability
- 4 years of hands-on engineering experience building and shipping production systems
- Track record of taking systems from prototype to production
- Solid experience with Computer Vision (e.g. detection segmentation OCR tracking video analytics) - or strong ML/deep learning experience with a clear path into CV
- Proficiency in Python & C
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch TensorFlow and OpenCV
- Working knowledge of deep learning fundamentals (CNNs Transformers)
