AI Specialist Solutions Architect

Location: Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi Vietnam

Position Type: Full-time Individual Contributor (Technical Leadership)

Position Summary

As an AI Specialist Solutions Architect for a global technology company you will act as the technical strategist and trusted advisor to enterprise customers accelerating their AI adoption.

You will work backwards from complex customer challenges to design build and scale resilient secure production-grade AI architectures. Combining deep coding capabilities with high-level business acumen you will bridge the gap between abstract AI ambition and scalable enterprise realities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Strategy & Design

• Design End-to-End AI Infrastructure: Build scalable flexible cost-optimized and resilient cloud-native architectures to support LLMs multi-modal Foundation Models (FMs) and complex ML workloads.
• Productionize GenAI & Agentic Systems: Architect private-network AI environments utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) semantic search vector databases multi-agent orchestration and guardrails.
• System Modernization: Guide enterprise clients through refactoring legacy systems or designing completely new high-performance cloud environments specialized for AI acceleration hardware (GPUs customized cloud silicon).

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a highly quantitative field.
• 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure design systems engineering
• Production AI Experience: 3 years of experience designing implementing and operating commercial production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python. Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch TensorFlow) and LLM orchestration tools (LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex).
• Language: Must be Vietnamese; fluent business English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal)
