Job Summary

  • Develop and manage the operational quality control system for the motorcycle after-sales service network.
  • Establish and update operational standards policies and procedures for dealerships and service workshops.
  • Conduct post-opening reviews and periodic audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Perform internal compliance inspections on pricing policies dealer support programs customer complaints and other operational risks.
  • Monitor corrective actions and drive continuous improvement across the dealer network.


  • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Automotive or a related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in after-sales operations dealer network management quality assurance or operational audit.
  • Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for dealer visits and audits.

  • Required Skills:

    Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics vehicle troubleshooting or repair at authorized dealerships or automotive companies. Experience working with automotive diagnostic equipment scan tools and software update platforms. Prior experience with FOTA processes is highly preferred. Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems automotive electronics and software architecture. Proficient in English (reading writing and communication). Experience in automotive OEMs is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
