The Role

At Cresta we believe the workplace experience is a critical driver of culture collaboration and business performance. As our Workplace Experience Manager you will lead the strategy operations and evolution of our global workplace facilities footprint ensuring our offices and employee experience programs scale alongside the company.

This role sits at the intersection of workplace strategy employee experience real estate operations and culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive workplace experience vision that supports how Crestans work connect and thrive across our global offices.

From shaping our long-term workplace strategy and leading office expansions to overseeing employee experience initiatives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations you will play a critical role in how employees experience Cresta. You will balance strategic planning with operational excellence translating business needs into exceptional workplace experiences that strengthen culture and enable high performance.

Reporting to the Head of People you will serve as a key partner in shaping the future of work at Cresta and creating environments where employees can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the operations of all global Cresta offices ensuring a consistent high-quality workplace experience while balancing local needs and regional nuances.
  • Real Estate Strategy: Lead lease renewals expansions and new site acquisitions in partnership with Finance and Legal ensuring our workplace footprint supports business growth.
  • Workplace Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns physical spaces employee experience programs and business needs as the company scales. Lead office build-outs renovations and improvement projects from planning through execution ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Property Management: Build strong partnerships with property managers landlords and service providers to ensure our offices operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Workplace Safety & Compliance: Own Crestas global workplace safety strategy including emergency preparedness site-specific safety programs and regulatory compliance. Partner across the business to ensure workplace safety requirements accommodations accessibility considerations and employee support needs are appropriately addressed across all office locations.
  • Workplace Operations: Oversee catering food and beverage programs badge access systems physical security and vendor relationships.
  • Headquarters Operations: Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team to support the operational needs of Cresta headquarters.
  • Employee Experience: Own and evolve workplace and employee experience programs including recognition initiatives Operating Principles Awards employee gifting office activations onboarding support and other programs that strengthen culture connection and engagement.
  • Events & Community: Partner with the Administrative Team People Team site leads and other stakeholders to execute employee events company celebrations leadership visits customer visits and other key company moments.
  • Resources & Communication: Maintain and continuously improve workplace communications documentation and internal resources that help employees navigate office spaces workplace programs and services.
  • Vendor & Platform Management: Manage workplace and employee experience vendors platforms and systems that support employee engagement and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7 years leading global workplace experience facilities office operations employee experience or related functions preferably within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Presence: This is a Bay Area-based role requiring a strong in-office presence across both our San Francisco and Sunnyvale offices. You are expected to work onsite three days per week typically split between our San Francisco and Sunnyvale offices. This role may also require additional onsite time during office build-outs events or other key workplace initiatives.
  • Workplace Compliance: Working knowledge of workplace safety requirements accommodations accessibility considerations and employee support needs.
  • Global Mindset: Experience supporting multiple offices regions or distributed teams with the ability to balance global consistency and local employee needs.
  • Professionalism & Discretion: Demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive workplace situations with professionalism discretion empathy and sound judgment.
  • Executive Partnership: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively partner with executives managers employees and external vendors.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of navigating commercial real estate contracts and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives. Able to seamlessly transition between strategic planning operational execution and issue resolution while maintaining attention to detail.

Crestas approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact reward excellence and invest in our people. We offer competitive location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience skills education and addition to base pay total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.
