Position: Workfront Consultant

Location: Basking Ridge NJ or Dallas TX (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are seeking a seasoned Workfront Architect/Consultant with 10 12 years of IT experience and deep expertise in Adobe Workfront configuration and architecture. The ideal candidate will design build and optimize scalable workflow systems translating complex business needs into streamlined project templates automations and reporting dashboards to support enterprise-wide creative and marketing operations.

• Solution Architecture: Define enterprise Workfront structure including object hierarchy license management and governance models.

• Platform Configuration: Build and maintain project/layout templates request queues custom forms statuses job roles and approval routing logic.

• Integration & Automation: Design achievable integrations with third-party systems; leverage Workfront Fusion for API-driven workflows.

• Reporting & Insights: Develop advanced reports metrics and dashboards to enhance operational visibility.

• Stakeholder Enablement: Translate business requirements into technical specifications lead discovery sessions and provide end-user training/troubleshooting.

• UAT & Administration: Act as Workfront Group Administrator during UAT discussions.

• Documentation: Maintain and update user documentation for Workfront processes.

• GSuite Automation: Build tools and automate data flows between Workfront and GSuite (Sheets/Slides/Drive).

• Marketing & Content Support: Assist in building Workfront automations for integrated marketing and content workflows.

• Workfront Expertise: 4 7 years of hands-on experience as a Workfront architect administrator or configuration specialist.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Workfronts interface native functionalities and Workfront Fusion.

• Project Management: Solid understanding of project management methodologies and creative production workflows.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

• Certifications (Preferred): Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Workfront Core Developer/Administrator; Workfront Fusion certification is a plus.
